Role OverviewAs a Seasonal Team Associate, you'll partner with a Mattel Retail Services Representative to grow Mattel's presence at major retailers, working a minimum of 15 hours per week during our busiest holiday season. You'll be a brand ambassador, collaborate with your lead to secure prime product placements, and execute special projects as assigned.
What You Will Do
Unpack cases of various Mattel toys, merchandise and organize product on the sales floor, construct and deconstruct store fixtures, implement point of purchase materials, and execute special projects as assigned.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Preferred work hours are during the weekday during daytime hours; occasional weekends
- Must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
- Preferred device requirement – Up to date smartphone and/or computer with Chrome Browser
- Must have access to reliable internet
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to and between assigned store locations
- Reside within approximately 20 miles of the assigned territory/store cluster or otherwise able to reliably service the assigned territory
