Job Description
We create life-changing medical components and are looking for a Mazak 5-Axis CNC Programmer to join our team. As a programmer, you will program, set up, and operate Mazak 5-Axis CNC machines for high-precision medical parts.

Requirements

  • Expert Mazatrol and Mastercam programming skills
  • Minimum 3 years Mazak 5-Axis CNC programming experience
  • Minimum 3 years CNC machining experience, including multi-machine operation (Mazak lathes/mills or Star Swiss-style lathes)
  • Experience mentoring machinists and machining assistants
  • Ability to set up and run CNC machines independently
  • Strong understanding of CNC programming, CAD/CAM software, statistical methods, and machining mathematics
