Job Description
Mazak 5-Axis CNC Programmer for high-precision medical parts, responsible for programming, setup, and operation of Mazak 5-Axis CNC machines, generating CNC programs using Mazatrol and Mastercam, and mentoring Class 1 machinists.

Requirements

  • Expert Mazatrol and Mastercam programming skills
  • Minimum 3 years Mazak 5-Axis CNC programming experience
  • Minimum 3 years CNC machining experience, including multi-machine operation (Mazak lathes/mills or Star Swiss-style lathes)
  • Experience mentoring machinists and machining assistants
  • Ability to set up and run CNC machines independently
  • Strong understanding of CNC programming, CAD/CAM software, statistical methods, and machining mathematics
