Role OverviewThe Finance Rotational Program is a three-year immersive experience designed for recent graduates of undergraduate and MBA programs in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. Participants will rotate through three distinct functional areas, gaining exposure to the breadth of Corporate Finance and Accounting.

Contribute hands-on alongside Finance & Accounting teams spanning Western Digital’s global footprint. Gain exposure to multiple areas of the organization. Develop professional skills and business acumen through real-world experience.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA in Accounting/Finance/Econ or equivalent experience
