Job Description
Prysmian is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and support the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, virtualization platforms, storage, and supporting systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with server administration, virtualization, storage, security, and cloud infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Administer and maintain server environments
  • Monitor system health and capacity
  • Ensure servers and endpoints are configured and patched
  • Manage virtualization platforms and storage infrastructure
  • Implement and maintain security standards and backup strategies
  • Support hybrid cloud environments and cloud migration initiatives
  • Develop and maintain scripts and automation workflows
  • Resolve escalated technical requests and incidents
  • Communicate clearly with end users and team members
  • Participate in problem management and root cause analysis
