Role OverviewThe MCR Operations Team is responsible for managing and coordinating NEP’s transmission requirements via satellite, fiber, and IP. The candidate will join NEP’s staffing rotation, helping to deliver services effectively and efficiently.
What You Will Do
Routing signals, managing daily workloads, quality control, troubleshooting technical issues, booking services, handling client requests, and operating broadcast equipment.

Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- 2 years working in a broadcast environment
- Familiarity with broadcast equipment, including routers, waveform monitors, receivers, and VTR Decks
- Familiarity with Satellite transmissions and RF delivery
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
