Job Description
The United Presbyterian Home seeks an experienced MDS & Care Plan Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have advanced preparation or experience in geriatrics and/or LTC regulations, leadership, and management skills. The coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the MDS and Care Plan process, monitoring resident assessment time frames, and assisting with resident care plans.
