Job Description
MDS Coordinator - Registered Nurse responsible for developing patient care plans, reviewing resident medical and nursing treatments, and ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Requirements

  • Nursing degree from an accredited college
  • Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a licensed nurse
  • MDS certification
  • Knowledge and experience in the RAI process, CAAs, RUG categories, and MDS 0
