Job Description
Royal Oaks in Bradbury, CA is seeking a Full-Time MDS Coordinator-RN to develop, complete, and transmit resident assessments (MDS) in accordance with Federal and State standards. The incumbent applies comprehensive knowledge of MDS processes and performs utilization reviews.

Requirements

  • Completed an Accredited Licensed Nursing Program (RN)
  • Minimum three years’ experience as an RN.
  • Minimum one-year experience as MDS Nurse
