Job Description
The MDS Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and completing the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) and interdisciplinary care planning process while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements. The position requires strong clinical assessment skills, leadership, and collaboration skills.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, preferably BSN
  • Minimum of one year in nursing management in the long-term industry
  • Two years of professional nursing experience in long-term care, acute care, restorative care or geriatric nursing setting
