Job Description
The MDS Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination and completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) and the interdisciplinary care planning process while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements. The position requires strong clinical assessment skills, leadership, collaboration, and the ability to promote a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, preferably BSN.
  • Minimum of one year in nursing management in the long-term industry.
  • Two years of professional nursing experience in long-term care, acute care, restorative care or geriatric nursing setting.
