Role Overview

Join Charter Schools USA's team to inspire and motivate young learners. As a Marketing and Enrollment Area Manager, you will be responsible for school-based marketing and enrollment efforts, creating a strong working relationship with stakeholders, and meeting programmatic capacity by recruiting new students and retaining existing ones.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute marketing plans, provide day-to-day local/school marketing and enrollment support, work with National M&E to ensure local alignment and compliance, and maintain knowledge of market insights and developments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent
  • 5+ years of general marketing strategy and support experience
  • 3+ Sales or enrollment experience
  • 2+ years of digital experience
  • Experience working with several stakeholders and multiple projects
  • Experience managing budgets
  • Marketing operations/analytics experience
  • Project management responsibilities
  • Experience working with agencies and contractors
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
