Role Overview

As a ME Engineer Line Design, you will design state-of-the-art assembly lines, manufacturing equipment, and production concepts to meet internal and external customer requirements. You will work with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues, implement new technologies, and ensure successful equipment launches. This is a cross-functional and international environment that offers performance-driven, diverse challenges and exciting projects.

What You Will Do

Design equipment layouts, technical concepts, specifications, drawings, and manufacturing processes for new and existing production lines. Analyze existing equipment and manufacturing processes to identify continuous improvement opportunities that increase efficiency and optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You will bring a strong foundation in manufacturing, mechanical, industrial, or similar engineering principles, and up to 3 years of relevant engineering experience. You will have the ability to interpret engineering drawings, equipment specifications, layouts, and other technical documentation, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
  • Up to 3 years of relevant engineering experience
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, equipment specifications, layouts, and other technical documentation
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment design, continuous improvement principles, and requirements related to quality, safety, cost, reliability, and production efficiency
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams, manage priorities, and communicate clearly in English
