Role OverviewThe Measure of Effectiveness Officer, Expert will lead qualitative research and program evaluation activities for a client in the US Intelligence Community. The officer will have the opportunity to demonstrate intellectual agility by leading research design, data collection, and data analysis activities to produce and implement recommendations that will support the client in optimizing delivery of specialized projects in support of their mission.
What You Will Do
Develop and implement research designs, analyze qualitative and quantitative information, prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership, brief senior-level customers on research plans and findings, and collaborate to generate operational proposals based on research findings.

Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Poly
- Ability to extract insights from various open source and proprietary data sources to produce finished intelligence products
- Experience developing presentations and providing briefings to middle and senior management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including visual representation of data using charts and graphs
- Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to perform in an individual contributor role while also excelling in a team environment
