Job Description
New Seasons Market seeks a skilled Meat and Seafood Lead to assist with department operations, including ordering and inventory control, preparing and stocking products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has previous customer service, food service, or retail experience and knowledge of retail Meat and Seafood departments.

Requirements

  • Must complete and maintain required food and work safety trainings/certifications
  • Engages customers in a friendly manner and provides exceptional customer service
  • Works a schedule that is informed by the needs of the business and may be subject to change seasonally or due to varying staffing needs
  • Demonstrates reliable and predictable attendance
