Job Description
The Meat Gourmet Culinary Assistant mixes and prepares gourmet meat items according to established standards and recipes. The role requires excellent customer service, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.

Requirements

  • Mix and prepare gourmet meat products using established recipes
  • Maintain, fill and rotate products for quality, freshness, and proper dates
  • Gather necessary ingredients based on determined production needs
  • Wrap and label product
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and responding to questions
  • Ensure work area is clean and ingredients are put away at end of shift
  • Adhere to all health, sanitation and safety regulations
  • Assist in other duties, as assigned
