Meat Cutter

This part-time position at Rohrerstown Fresh Foods requires open availability, 7am-5pm, and flexible weekends. As a Meat Cutter, you will work with various meat products simultaneously, cut, wrap, and display meat & poultry products, and perform various tasks such as cleaning, operating equipment, and taking inventory.

What You Will Do

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include cutting, wrapping, and displaying meat & poultry products, preparing specialty items, and operating equipment. You will also be responsible for cleaning the department area, taking inventory, and processing customer orders.

Requirements

• Able to multi-task or adjust work focus regularly
• Exposure to cold temperatures while working in or around the coolers
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 80 pounds
