Role OverviewMeat Cutter prepares meat products according to standards and customer preference, working safely and adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Team members work in a country-fair atmosphere, entertaining children while parents shop.
What You Will Do
Cutting and preparing meat products, custom trimming meats, maintaining and rotating products, and providing excellent customer service.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must be at least 18 years old, have 1-year meat cutting experience, and possess good customer service and communication skills.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Minimum 1-year meat cutting experience
- Safely use/operate knives, band saws, grinders, cube steak machine, and meat wrapper
- Great customer service
- Good oral communication skills
- Ability to successfully work on a team
