Job Description
Manage the meat department, including inventory, pricing, and sales strategies to meet profit margins. Responsible for merchandising, ordering, and stocking seafood and meat products. Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations. Manage employees, including recruitment, training, and discipline.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of cutting techniques, products handling, and food safety standards.
  • Proficient in computer systems, including Microsoft Office for inventory management, sales tracking, and reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • ServSafe Certified or equivalent preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Meat processing or related fields preferred.
