Role OverviewThe Operations Specialist is responsible for leading and executing the operation and merchandising initiatives of assigned districts or eCommerce Platforms to increase sales, ensure progressive growth profitability, foster continuous productivity improvement, and enhance customer experience in alignment with overall Company objectives and goals.
What You Will Do
Supports and develops teams within assigned district, executes on operational, merchandising and brand initiatives, supports achievement of operating results, growth objectives, and overall customer experience, leads and encourages innovation from Associates, and supports achievement of key performance metrics.
