Meat Prep Operator

What You Will Do

Rotate all positions: Grinder Operator, Gravy, Mix injection, Brine, Tumbler and Spice Room. Set up and tear down machines, weigh, grinding, chopper, mixing, scales and ability to operate mobile powered equipment.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Ability to work flexible hours and/or shifts
• Accuracy, precision, and dependability are a necessity
• Must be a self-starter and have good communication skills
• Must be a team player, but also must be able to work well alone
• Must have good basic math and reading skills
