Role OverviewAs the Meat Service Counter Manager, you'll be the go-to expert for fresh meat and seafood—blending hands-on food service with associate development. You’ll coach a team of sales associates to serve up specialty cuts and meal solutions with speed, safety, and a smile. From maintaining a clean, well-stocked counter to leading by example in customer service and team development, you’ll ensure a smooth, standout experience for every guest.
What You Will Do
Coach, train, and support the Meat Service Counter team—setting clear expectations, coaching daily performance, and creating a culture of excellent guest service and accountability. Create and manage weekly schedules to ensure appropriate coverage across all shifts while balancing labor goals and individual availability.

- Must have WI Certified Food Manager License (Festival to reimbursement)
- Knowledge of the retail food business, thorough knowledge of perishable department operations, merchandising skills, and must be able to make timely and effective decisions
