Job Description
The Meat Wrapper learns the skills of handling fresh meat and other meat products, safe, sanitary and efficient operation of the meat department, ordering and inventory, equipment operations, and merchandising according to standards set by the company. They merchandise and present fresh meat to maximize sales.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in grocery perishable department or meat wrapping
  • Safely using manual pallet jacks, hand tools and power equipment
