Job Description
Directs or performs advanced level activities related to mechanical work on equipment at compressor, pipeline, storage, gathering, fractionation and/or gas processing facilities. Performs mechanical work on fixed and rotating equipment, troubleshoots and maintains equipment, and trains and directs employees involved in mechanical work.

Requirements

  • Experience in use and function of hand and power tools and equipment applicable to position
  • Experience and advanced knowledge servicing, maintaining and repairing equipment
  • Experience relative to company and/or governmental operating/safety policies and procedures
  • Advanced experience in troubleshooting equipment abnormalities and failure modes analysis
  • Experience reading and interpreting work and repair orders, drawings, charts, diagrams, dials, gauges, warranties, quotations, procedures and equipment manuals
  • Experience preparing, processing, verifying records, safety and environmental reports, diagrams and material and supply orders
