Requirements

  • Graduate of a trade school or degree from a technical school
  • Working knowledge of all maintenance trades including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, painting, HVAC, etc.
  • Exposure to situations requiring a working knowledge of skilled contracting crafts and trades
