Role OverviewAssist Fleet Technicians in making repairs and performing preventative maintenance inspections on Division vehicles and equipment. Perform tasks such as providing tools and parts, positioning parts for installation, and operating Division vehicles/equipment. Work inside and outside of shop, exposed to irritation from gasoline, oil, and solvents. Shift work required.
What You Will Do
Assist with maintenance and repairs, perform body work on automobiles and trucks, and transport vehicles. Fill tanks of vehicles, prepare mileage tickets, and clean and wash vehicles, equipment, and work areas.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have previous experience as a Mechanic helper or a similar role, and a valid driver's license from the state of residence. Must obtain a valid Class A Commercial driver's license within the trial or probationary period after entering classification.
