Role OverviewA Mechanic will be responsible for shift coverage and performing preventative maintenance on major equipment and systems, using a windows based computer system. The position requires strong trouble-shooting skills in all areas of maintenance and a strong working knowledge of all major building systems.
What You Will Do
Maintain the physical functionality and safety of the facility, respond to guest calls and colleague work orders, perform repair and maintenance tasks, conduct inspections, and record and report completed repairs.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years building maintenance experience, a strong working knowledge of all major building systems, and good communication skills.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalency
- A minimum of 5 years previous maintenance experience
- Extensive electrical, mechanical and plumbing experience
- Ability to read blue prints and schematics
- Ability to follow all safety procedures/standards
