Role OverviewWe are looking for a mechanic to maintain, repair, and service landscaping equipment, vehicles, and small engines to keep field operations running efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience with heavy-duty/Isuzu repair, automobile repair, and preventive maintenance. They will be responsible for managing a safe, clean, and productive shop, maintaining accurate shop equipment inventory and work logs, and prioritizing workflow to maximize equipment uptime.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities will include performing routine maintenance, diagnosing mechanical issues, and completing repairs while ensuring equipment is safe and operational. You will also be responsible for scheduling and overseeing preventive maintenance, managing a fleet of vehicles, and managing and overseeing the work of another mechanic.

Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
Requirements
- Two years of heavy-duty/Isuzu repair experience
- Two years of automobile repair and preventive maintenance experience
- Previous supervisory and/or business leadership experience
- Ability to maintain accurate administrative paperwork
- Familiarity with DOT regulations
- Previous experience with parts and/or tires
- Experience with small-engine landscape equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with computer and mobile applications
