Role OverviewThe Mechanic is responsible for maintaining fertilizer and fleet equipment and repairing equipment needed due to maintenance or breakdowns. This position requires regular and reliable attendance and follows all company policies and procedures. The work environment is a warehouse/outdoor environment where the noise level is usually moderate to loud and occasionally very loud.
What You Will Do
Performs road service maintenance of vehicles and fertilizer equipment as required by P.M. reports. Maintains and repairs all fertilizer equipment and vehicles in shop. Calibrates fertilizer and spray rig equipment. Performs general housekeeping duties in shop. Assists Maintenance Manager with P.M. reports.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Five years of related mechanic work or certification
- Knowledge of tools and machinery
- Welding and body work repair experience
- Ability to read, write, and speak in English
- Valid U.S. driver's license
