Mechanic

The role requires 3+ years of experience as a Pump Mechanic, Pump Technician, Millwright, or similar mechanical repair position. The candidate should have hands-on experience with industrial pump assembly and disassembly.

What You Will Do

The candidate will perform tasks such as installing bearings, mechanical seals, shafts, sleeves, and impellers, and performing clearance measurements and verifying mechanical tolerances.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Pump Mechanic, Pump Technician, Millwright, or similar mechanical repair position
• Hands-on experience with industrial pump assembly and disassembly
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints and assembly drawings
• Experience installing bearings, mechanical seals, shafts, sleeves, and impellers
• Proficiency using precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and feeler gauges
• Experience performing clearance measurements and verifying mechanical tolerances
• Understanding of mechanical fits, alignments, and rotating equipment components
• Ability to identify mechanical wear, damage, and component defects
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
