Role OverviewThis position is responsible for ensuring the safe working condition of all Roberts' vehicles by performing unsupervised repairs and maintenance of all company vehicles under the direction of the Maintenance Manager.
What You Will Do
Perform diagnosis and corrective action of reported mechanical discrepancies of minor and major repair, train and supervise underclass technicians, perform routine repairs and preventative maintenance, and generate written work orders on a daily basis.

Must have a minimum of five (5) years of work-related experience as a Mechanic II, and/or training (e.g. technical/trade school preferred); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum five (5) years of work-related experience as a Mechanic II
- Training (e.g. technical/trade school preferred)
- Minimum five (5) ASE certificates
- Hawaii State Mechanic License
- Type 3 License with a current valid traffic abstract
- Ability to calculate math functions such as addition, subtraction and division
- Ability to speak, read and write in English
- Operational knowledge of basic hand tools and shop equipment
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
