Role OverviewJoin our team as a Mechanical Co-Op Engineer to work on projects supporting the defense of our country. You will apply your classroom-learned skills to design, develop, and manufacture complex Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUVs) for commercial and military use.
What You Will Do
Provide system, vehicle, and component level mechanical design and engineering, work with collaborative teams on technical projects, and participate in design reviews and peer reviews.

Requirements
- Proficiency with SolidWorks software
- Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Familiarity with Design for Manufacturing and Design to Cost metrics and techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a product development team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid problem solving and troubleshooting skills
