Step into an exciting opportunity as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Romac. You’ll define technical approaches, lead mid-sized projects, guide junior engineers and technicians through all stages of the product development cycle, from concept to production.

Requirements

  • Lead the design and development of new or modified products, from concept through testing and production release.
  • Resolve complex production and design challenges using expert-level technical knowledge across multiple disciplines.
  • Develop and implement production capabilities, procedures, and quality protocols to ensure efficient and consistent manufacturing.
  • Oversee or perform product testing, analyze results, and establish corrective actions to meet quality standards.
  • Guide engineers and technicians, manage project timelines, and lead cost reduction or process improvement initiatives.
