What You Will Do
You will lead the end to end design, development, and validation of custom tooling and fixtures that support New Product Introduction (NPI) and high volume electronics manufacturing. You will own the mechanical design process from concept development through CAD modeling, documentation, vendor engagement, and pilot build support.

Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer, including deep expertise in DFM for prototype and production.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience scaling and implementing liquid cooling thermal solutions across board level through facility level applications.
- Proven working knowledge of PLM and a strong command of ECO/MCO/DEV/PCN processes.
- Demonstrated ability to debug and troubleshoot electromechanical systems, perform failure and root cause analysis, and apply structured problem solving methodologies such as 8D.
- Exceptional leadership and mentoring capabilities, with strong problem solving skills and a track record of effective cross functional collaboration and clear communication.
