Role OverviewAs a Mechanical Designer / EIT at HDR, you will help design critical infrastructure that supports the digital age and shapes the spaces where people work, connect, and thrive. You will work independently on small projects or assist more-senior engineers on larger projects, and take responsibility for construction contract administration requiring field inspections and conflict resolution.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include coordinating mechanical aspects of commercial or institutional projects, performing routine mechanical engineering assignments, writing and editing mechanical specifications, and utilizing engineering software to develop HVAC loads and energy analysis.

Requirements
- Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering
- Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Trane TRACE or similar software, and equipment selection software)
