Role OverviewThe Mechanical Division Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of MEPF systems in construction projects. This role involves managing a team of project managers, coordinators, superintendents, foremen, and field personnel, ensuring the division operates within company processes. The Division Manager will maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency across all projects, while driving performance excellence.
What You Will Do
The Division Manager will be responsible for leading and developing the division, managing budget and financial performance, driving division performance, overseeing workforce planning, ensuring quality and safety, coordinating projects and stakeholders, managing risk, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- 8–10 years of experience in MEP engineering or construction, including 3–5 years in a management or leadership role
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar project management certification
- LEED accreditation (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design)
- Relevant industry certifications related to MEP systems, construction, or building codes
