As a Mechanical Engineer – Electrical Enclosures & Systems Design, you will be part of a group of engineers dedicated to high-quality work, value-add solutions, skill development, and career growth. You will lead and coordinate medium-scale mechanical engineering designs, develop new mechanical designs, and provide expert guidance on existing projects. You will also act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams, ensuring on-time delivery and high-value engineering solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience with mechanical systems including sheet metal enclosures, structural systems, and thermal management
  • Background in small- to medium-scale system design (electrical enclosures, panel layout, seismic considerations, heat management)
  • Proficiency with major ERP and CAD systems (SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
  • Working knowledge of ASME, NEMA, UL, IEC, and related mechanical engineering standards
  • Skilled in generating and reviewing engineering documentation (BOMs, drawings, tolerance stack-ups, GD&T)
  • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Understanding of structural and thermal analysis using FEA/CFD tools (ANSYS, COMSOL, or similar)
