Role OverviewThe Mechanical Engineer III has technical responsibility for planning, organizing, and conducting technical projects or phases of projects involving design and development of new or improved products and/or processes. They investigate solutions to product and/or process problems, consolidate results of mechanical design elements, and coordinate the efforts of drafters/designers, engineering technical, and machine shop personnel.

The Mechanical Engineer III will prepare, design, specify, analyze, and recommend for presentation and approval. They will have technical responsibility for planning, organizing, and conducting technical projects or phases of projects involving design and development of new or improved products and/or processes.
