Role OverviewAustal USA is a leading naval ship design and construction company seeking a Mechanical Engineer IV to provide expert judgement and analysis for the design, development, and implementation of engineering products/procedures, shipboard systems, and overall ship designs. The successful candidate will be responsible for complex system calculations, specification trace packages, detailed engineering reports, and system drawings.
What You Will Do
The Mechanical Engineer IV will provide expert judgement and analysis for the design, development, and implementation of engineering products/procedures, shipboard systems, and overall ship designs. They will troubleshoot and solve highly complex technical issues in a timely manner and communicate expertly researched resolutions to management.
