Job Description
Mechanical Engineer – Liquid Cooling: Supports the development of new liquid cooling products within Vertiv’s Thermal business. Designs, develops, and releases mechanical systems for High Density Liquid Cooling products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 3 plus years' experience in mechanical product development
  • Proficiency in PTC Creo for CAD design
  • Experience releasing designs in PLM systems such as Oracle PD Cloud, Windchill, or similar
  • Familiarity with Model-Based Definition
  • Design experience with sheet-metal and piping
  • Working knowledge of mechanical concepts, product safety, and test methods
  • Familiarity with bill-of-material creation and data-entry systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent planning, organizing, documentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and operate effectively in cross-functional global development teams
  • Fluency in English
