Role OverviewWe are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our NYC office. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience designing various facilities for commercial, industrial, municipal, institutional, and governmental projects. The role will involve leading projects, working with clients, and mentoring junior staff.

Key responsibilities include planning and preparing HVAC designs, calculations, reports, equipment selection, and specification writing for building projects.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- PE license
- 10 years of relevant design experience
- Proficiency in mechanical designs with 3D Revit modeling, energy and load modeling/calculation software, report writing, and application of building and Mechanical code
- Understanding of ASHRAE, NFPA, and building codes and standards
- Competent in Microsoft Office including Words and Excel
