Role OverviewThe Mechanical Engineer is responsible for the design, development, validation, and continuous improvement of Eagle Products' traffic safety and roadway solutions. This position supports the full product lifecycle from concept development through production launch and sustaining engineering activities.
What You Will Do
Design, develop, and improve Eagle Products' traffic safety and roadway products using sound engineering principles. Perform engineering calculations, tolerance stack-ups, structural evaluations, and design analyses to ensure product performance and reliability.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering technology or a related technical discipline required.

- Working knowledge of engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with traffic control industry standards (NEMA, TS2, ATC, Caltrans).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
