Role OverviewJoin Dewberry's MEPS team in Orlando, FL, as a Mechanical Engineer to develop the next generation of highly skilled engineers working on challenging projects. The team delivers innovative solutions for universities, healthcare systems, utilities, government agencies, and industrial clients nationwide. As a Mechanical Engineer, you'll help design mechanical HVAC systems, produce design documents, and work on high-performance buildings, healthcare facilities, and other projects.
What You Will Do
Your duties will include mechanical HVAC engineering design, utilizing BIM Revit software and AutoCAD software, as well as HVAC load calculations and energy modeling through Trave Trace software. You'll focus on drawing production, specification writing, discipline coordination, shop drawing and submittal reviews, construction site reviews, and code reviews for MEP systems.

Requirements
- BSME or Arch Engineering degree with Mechanical focus
- 5+ years of experience in Mechanical HVAC design
- EIT preferred
- PE is a plus
- Must have experience designing mechanical systems and producing design documents for listed project types in Revit MEP and AutoCAD
- Must be a self-starter with initiative, drive, and determination
