Role OverviewMechanical Engineer will manage assigned design projects, ensure completion of design work, and participate in planning phases to prevent disruption and minimize costs. The role will be located in Reno, NV with occasional travel to Seattle, WA.
What You Will Do
Manage design projects, coordinate with the Project Development Team, and work with the Project Manager and Contracting Officer to procure the best qualified Engineer/Architect.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing assigned design projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred
- Able to conduct comprehensive research and analysis of technical and cost data
- Able to read and interpret acquisition policy, regulations, and directives
- Able to provide clear guidance to all lower level acquisition personnel
- Able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
