What You Will Do
Lead end-to-end new product development projects, define project objectives, develop and manage project plans, drive accountability across cross-functional teams, and create innovative, manufacturable designs.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (ABET-accredited)
- 8+ years of experience in mechanical design and product development
- 8+ years of experience using 3D CAD (SolidWorks preferred)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Leadership and project ownership in previous endeavors
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Self-motivated with a strong ownership mindset
- Strong understanding of: GD&T and tolerancing analysis, materials and manufacturing processes, and DFM/DFA principles
- Passion for high-performance engineered products
