Lead end-to-end new product development projects, define project objectives, develop project plans, drive accountability across teams, and create innovative designs.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (ABET-accredited)
- 8+ years’ experience in mechanical design and product development
- 8+ years’ experience using 3D CAD (SolidWorks preferred)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Leadership and project ownership experience
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Self-motivation with a strong ownership mindset
- GD&T and tolerancing analysis, materials and manufacturing processes, and DFM/DFA principles knowledge
- Passion for high-performance engineered products
