Mechanical Estimator and Assistant Project Manager

The Mechanical Estimator & Assistant Project Manager plays a key role in supporting the preconstruction and operations teams, developing accurate HVAC and plumbing estimates, and assisting in the coordination and execution of construction projects.

What You Will Do

Prepare detailed HVAC and plumbing estimates, review drawings and specifications, work with the sales team, solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing, assist in value engineering and cost analysis, and support project kickoff, scheduling, and coordination.
