Key responsibilities include project estimation, bid preparation, cost analysis, vendor and supplier relations, estimating software utilization, documentation and reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in mechanical construction estimating
- Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) certification preferred
- Profound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
- Expert proficiency in estimating software and tools
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to precision
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities
