Job Description
Field-based, hands-on position overseeing mechanical construction activities for a solar field project. Responsibilities include overseeing team members, completing daily reports, and ensuring quality control.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years' experience in the solar or related construction industry
  • Ability to coach, train, and mentor
  • Strong supervision skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize work and communicate work change to management
  • Ability to solve problems and utilize dispute resolution tactics
  • Knowledge of proper use of equipment, tools, materials, and supplies on a construction project
  • Knowledge of OSHA guidelines and safe work practices
  • Ability to interpret specifications and read drawings
  • Working knowledge of MS office, Procore, PDFs, and other software
  • Bi-lingual – Spanish/English preferred
