Job Description
Wood is seeking an Intermediate Mechanical Engineer to join our Life Sciences business. The role involves designing and analyzing industrial HVAC, utilities, and plumbing systems for new and/or retrofit life science manufacturing plants and laboratories. The ideal candidate will have experience in design and analysis, with knowledge of fire protection and plumbing a plus.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on HVAC design
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
  • Ability to meet with clients and present designs
  • Experience with facility system assessment and field work
